Artistic Creations for Wearing

In Van Galyon’s Mixed Media class, students were challenged to create art that could be worn as a display for fellow classmates. There was no limitation to the type of materials or the size of them that could be used for the project, and students were encouraged to use their creativity and individuality, avoiding cliches. The goal was for each student to create unique wearable art that could be displayed around the neck and that fell outside of mainstream fashion. So…did they meet this expectation?
