This year, Beacon College is proud to announce that for the 2014-2015 academic year, 25 Associate of Arts degrees and 34 Bachelor of Arts degrees are being conferred. The Beacon College Commencement Ceremony for the Class of 2015 will be held on May 2, 2015 at Lake Receptions in Mount Dora. Graduation will begin promptly at 11 am with a reception immediately following the ceremony. Dr. Shelly Chandler, Vice President of Academic & Student Affairs, will be the featured commencement speaker.

Commencement Speaker Biography: Dr. Shelly Chandler

On Friday, May 1st, families of graduating students are invited to attend the Parents & Grandparents Reception in the Beacon College Student Center. This event will be held from 4:30-6 pm.

On Saturday, May 2nd, graduates should plan to arrive at Lake Receptions no later than 9:30 am for check-in. Each graduating student is allocated ten guest tickets for the ceremony. Any student in need of extra tickets should request them from fellow students who do not need theirs.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 11 am. All guests should plan to arrive and be seated in advance of this time. Ample free parking is available at Lake Receptions. A shuttle will be provided for students on the Beacon College campus in need of a ride to the venue.

Immediately following the ceremony, all guests and graduates are invited to the reception. A continental breakfast will be served.
