Meanwhile, Dr. Oksana Hagerty takes over as director for student success. She will supervise the college’s learning specialists and run the day-to-day operations of the Center for Student Success at America’s first accredited baccalaureate school dedicated to educating students with learning disabilities, ADHD, and other learning differences.

Hagerty earned bachelor’s and specialist degrees (equivalent to a U.S. master’s degree) with highest honors in applied psychology and English as a foreign language from Dnipropetrovsk National University in Ukraine. She holds a Ph.D. in educational and developmental psychology from Kharkiv National University in Ukraine.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from Rider University, a master’s degree from the University of Delaware, and an Ed.D from Georgia Southern University.
