She is fondly remembered for bringing to campus a “functional art bike” aptly named the “Beacon Bike.” Wohfeil’s notion: the Beacon community could share the funky bohemian artistically painted set of wheels, bringing an artistic touch to promoting the health and wellness of Beacon students, faculty, and staff.
She “brought passion and enthusiasm to every aspect of her position and within the larger community,” said Beacon College President George Hagerty.
