About Dr. Audrey Broxton

Dr. Audrey Broxton is an assistant professor of business and technology at Beacon College. She has a Ph.D. in educational leadership, a Master’s in business administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in health services administration. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare administration, human resource management, and higher education, Broxton has held executive leadership positions and developed innovative educational programs. She is passionate about inspiring and empowering students, using innovative teaching strategies and student-centered learning approaches. She has received awards for her presentations and publications topics such as job satisfaction among nurses in nursing homes.
