How did you come to work with students who learn differently?
Since the very beginning of my professional career I have believed in the transformative power of education. Over the years I have worked with a lot of students with special learning needs. My diverse teaching experience has convinced me that anybody can learn, that it is just a matter of appropriate teaching methods, positive support, and student effort. I believe in an “individual strengths approach”. I try to discover and support whatever each student is good at and use it as the basis of their future development. I have a feeling that Beacon College is a perfect place where I can apply my education and previous teaching experience to benefit students.

Hobbies/passions
I love traveling, scrapbooking, card making, walking, and studying genealogy.
