Housing Application

Applicant understands that if, at any time, there are vacant bedrooms in the applicant's assigned suite or apartment. Beacon College reserves the rights to assign roommates without prior notice and/or to relocate the applicant to another unit. Applicant further understands that roommate compatibility and floor plan preference is not guaranteed.
Beacon College agrees to provide housing for students in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Clicking the "I accept" button on this contract constitutes acceptance. Student affirms the terms and conditions are a binding part of this contract. Student agrees to comply with all other rules of conduct now in effect or any that may be adopted by Beacon College during the period of the contract. As indicated by my acceptance, all information that I have provided is true and accurate. I acknowledge that all student health and financial obligations to the College must be met prior to housing be assigned or my being issued clearance for check-in/move-in.
