Peter Giamalva is a business executive, board leader and strategic advisor with extensive experience in health care, hospitality, travel and organizational leadership. He serves as principal of Dartmoor Hill LLC, a management consulting firm that advises organizations on business transformation, leadership transitions and growth strategies. He also serves as chair of the board of Solutionz Innovations, a business consulting and technology solutions company.
Giamalva retired from the American Red Cross, where he served as senior vice president of sales and hospital marketing. In that role, he led national sales and marketing efforts supporting relationships with hospital clients across the United States. Earlier, he served as vice president of development for the Southeast and Caribbean Division, overseeing fundraising and partnership initiatives throughout the region.
Prior to joining the Red Cross, Giamalva held senior executive leadership positions with several major travel and hospitality organizations, including Wyndham Worldwide, RCI, Budget Rent a Car and Apple Vacations. Throughout his career, he has led operations, marketing, business development and organizational change initiatives in domestic and international markets. His experience in executive leadership, strategic planning and board governance provides valuable insight to the oversight and long-term stewardship responsibilities of Beacon College’s Board of Trustees.
