About Chloe Todd
As a mental health counselor, Chloe Todd is committed to helping individuals navigate their unique journeys towards healing and self-discovery. She has a background in working with clients with eating disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, and self-harm behaviors. Her approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration, using a person-centered foundation while integrating elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Additionally, she believes in the power of creative expression as a means of unlocking emotional exploration and personal growth. In sessions, she often incorporates creative activities to cultivate a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
