Faith, Main Street ArtsFaith is an active member of the Central Florida poetry scene, particularly Orlando. She has competed nationally, both individually and as part of a team. Faith is a pediatric nurse and an activist for many great causes and proud mom of Maddie, the world’s cutest beagle.

Aleathia “GG” Dupree

Alethia GG Dupree, Main Street Arts Aleathia “GG” Dupree, a native of Orlando, Fl, is a passionate mother, writer, performance artist, and a professional spreader of love and truth. GG has the rare distinction of having represented two different PSI certified venues multiple times as an individual and multiple times as a team member, something only a handful of poets in the world are able to claim. Performing is her passion, and she does so across various mediums including acting (on stage and film), emceeing live shows and radio broadcasts, recording and performing hip hop, stand-up comedy and more!

Eddie Figures

Eddie Figures, Main Street Arts Born in New York, Eddie Figures moved to Puerto Rico at age 15, then to Orlando at 22. He is currently ranked 27th in the world individually and is a member of the Breaking Bad National Slam Team which is also ranked 27th in the world. He is a human rights activist and organizer of the Poetas for Puerto Rico Hurricane relief drive.

Matador the First

Matador the First, Main Street Arts Matador the First was plucked from darkness into existence somewhere in or near the northeastern United States, then shuffled from state to state till he broke both feet in the only state south of the Georgia–Florida border. Matador is a member of the Breaking Bad National Team which is currently ranked 27th in the world.


SELINA SANCHEZ, Main Street Arts SELINA SANCHEZ aka ADISA REIGNZ (Adisa is Yoruba for “one who speaks clearly) is a Storyteller and a Poet employed as a Youth Counselor for the City of Orlando After School All Stars Program where she currently facilitates the Soldier Psalms Program (a Youth Poetry Writing Group at Memorial Middle School). Selina has published several Chapbooks, among them “SunKissed” and a follow up “SunKissed Too”. She has performed on stages in Orlando, Atlanta, Louisville, and at the world-renowned Cotton Club in Harlem New York.


NoirJente, Main Street Arts NoirJente (born Kevin Campbell) is Slam Coordinator of MainStreet Art and Culture Slam of DeLand, also known as Breaking Bad Poetry. He holds the same title for both The Florida State Poets Association and for the Creative Happiness Institute, where he works closely with CHI’s founder, Volusia County Poet Laureate Dr. David Axelrod. He is author of the chapbook “Sadoto” and is often mistaken for Darth Vader.
