As you start preparing for the Thanksgiving Break, we wanted to share with you our expectations for your departure and return to campus.
Procedures for Departure – Check-Out is Expected by November 21 at 2:00 p.m.
All campus residents will receive an email with a link to sign-up for a departure/check-out time.
At the scheduled departure time, the Residential Director will meet the student and go through a checklist of items, making sure the items are complete.
Plans for Returning Students -Return dates are January 16 through January 18
Prior to returning to campus, we are requiring COVID testing anytime after January 6 with results submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To have a streamlined and safe check-in process, there will be a link provided in the future to capture your students’ return date to campus.
When you arrive back on campus, please plan to be COVID tested again. Locations and times will be announced.
Remote Learning Options
Remote Learners who have medical reasons for not attending face-to-face classes in the spring must contact Dr. Chandler for approval.
