About Dr. Richard Perrone

Dr. Richard V. Perrone is chair of the department of human services and psychology. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in human services and social work, with a focus on burnout, job satisfaction, and work environment in child welfare practitioners. Perrone also has a Master of Human Relations degree and a Master of Industrial & Organizational Psychology degree.

Perrone has taught a range of courses at various institutions, including The City University of New York, Beacon College, Saint Leo University, Rasmussen College, University of Phoenix, Webster University, and New England College. He has expertise in curriculum development, multicultural relations, diversity training, and instructional development. Perrone has taught both in traditional and online settings, demonstrating his adaptability and proficiency in different teaching methods.
