About Russ Bellamy

Russell Bellamy, originally from Lexington, Kentucky, is both an accomplished artist and educator. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown College and furthered his artistic journey with an Master of Fine Arts in sculpture from the University of Cincinnati. His artistic career spans a series of solo exhibitions across the United States and international presentations in France, Italy, New Zealand, and Dubai, underscoring his global reach as an artist.

Bellamy’s impact extends beyond his artistic and educational pursuits. As a dedicated advocate for neurodivergent artists, he has played a vital role in creating an inclusive space for individuals with learning disabilities, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning differences. Bellamy’s position as a professor at Beacon College, a pioneer in providing higher education opportunities for neurodivergent students, reflects his commitment to fostering creativity and self-expression in this unique community. Through his leadership and mentorship, he empowers neurodivergent artists to navigate and excel in the world of fine arts, fostering a more inclusive and diverse artistic landscape.
