What is an official transcript?
A transcript is a comprehensive record of an individual’s academic progress, including transferred undergraduate courses, credit earned by examination, and degrees awarded. Your name will appear on your official transcript as it appears on your college record. Official transcripts include the official seal and the signature of the Registrar.
How to order a transcript:
A Transcript Request Form is required to obtain an official transcript from the Registrar. This may be submitted by mail, fax, email, or in person. An online transcript request may also be completed.
A one-time transcript fee of $5.00 is charged upon the initial request. Transcripts are issued as requested, providing there is no financial indebtedness to the College.
The $5 fee may be paid by check or credit card. Online credit card payment is accepted via PayPal. To pay online, click on the Buy Now button below.
