Study Tip

| Learning Specialists, Peer Mentoring
The first semester peer mentors review the importance of study skills  in training. Here’s one smart study tip we discussed recently during training:

Smart Study Tip: Don’t Cram!

UCLA published a study confirming that students who pull “all nighters” and cram for a big test are more likely to perform poorly the following day. Doing this consistently and getting regular, good sleep will help to ensure a great result!
