UCLA published a study confirming that students who pull “all nighters” and cram for a big test are more likely to perform poorly the following day. This is because sufficient sleep is important for academic success. What works better? In Learning Essentials, we learned about keeping a set study schedule leading up to a test. Doing this consistently and getting regular, good sleep will help to ensure a great result!
